Czechia has signed a contract with SAAB for the purchase of 24 MSHORAD vehicles for around 170 million euros, the Czech Ministry of Defense announced today.
The vehicle selected is the Czech made MARS made by SVOS, each one being equipped with an RBS 70 NG remote weapon station armed with 3 RBS 70 missiles.
The contract also includes 8 RBS 70 NG MANPADS and 80 missiles, deliveries are expected to commence in 2027 and last till 2030.
